Payment options: Cash, debit, credit cards, and electronic payment methods are accepted.
Please note: We do not accept insurance at this time.
All patients will need a good faith exam and approval by PA, NP or MD prior to administration.
Good faith exam is done remotely, you will receive a secure link once you book your appointment.
